At Changeui Medical, (we do not take for granted the trust that our customer/patients have given us and our product throughout the years). we do not blindly seek/ask the trust of the patients who seek and use our products. We firmly believe that the customer (patient) knows the most and best and as such, we adhere to the notion that the evaluation of our products and any kudos associated with them that are not founded on solid scientific (research) and (technical findings) and trials cannot ultimately appeal to our customers. As such, since our company's establishment we have been striving to accurately (and objectively) evaluate our products with objective (from an objective perspective)
At Changeui Medical, our management philosophy is rooted on trust. A Company that has lost its trust (to its partners and Customer), in our mind, ceases to be a company. The core belief (of the members) of our management and staff is that at the heart of any strong and lasting company is trust We also firmly believe that the foundation of building trust lies in honesty.
We believe that in order to be a strong and lasting company, building trust is the key to building a strong and lasting company. Tactics that only eye short term profits and gains remain just that - short term tactics. With the exception of large traction devices used in hospitals, Changeui Medical's "Disk Dr" products are the only portable (ambulatory) traction devices that have been successfully commercialized in Korea.
